Aromatherapy Facial (€35)

Gentle Massage combined with lymph drainage techniques leaves the face looking and feeling radiant. This treatment is finished off by a luxurious hand and arm massage finishing with a de-stress scalp massage.

Aromatherapy Foot Reflex Massage (€55)

This treatment combines all the benefits of an Aromatherapy massage with Reflexology. A selected blend of essential oils and creams are massaged into key reflex points of the feet.

Back Massage (€35)

A selection of essential oils will blended and then the therapist will concentrate on areas of tension in the back and arms.

Neck and Shoulder Tension Massage (seated)(€40)

This massage is carried out whilst seated and concentrates on releasing knots and tension from the upper back and shoulders.

Aromatherapy Pregnancy Massage – (€55)

One Hour Massage – Especially trained to care for mothers-to-be throughout the pregnancy. This massage includes back, legs, abdomen and arms.

Pregnancy Foot Reflex Massage – (€45)

One Hour Massage – An aromatherapy massage of the foot reflex points using essential oils to relax mother and baby.

Pregnancy Back Massage (€35)

30 Min Massage – If you don’t have time for the full treatment this back massage will help to relieve the aches and pains caused by the change of posture. It also includes a massage of the arms and hands.

All of the above pregnancy massages include a free specially blended anti-stretch mark cream.

Post Natal Massage – (€55)

1 Hour Massage – A deeply relaxing treatment, which helps to rebalance the hormones and relieve fluid retention.

Salt Glow Massage - (€65)

This is an invigorating One Hour treatment which uses a salt and oil scrub to exfoliate the body. It is followed by a Warm Oil Massage or Shea Butter Massage to relax the body and nourish the skin.

Healing Mud Massage - (€65)

This is an invigorating One Hour Mud Massage Treatment. Luxurious Mud is placed on the body and then wrapped for 20 mins , a head Massage or Foot Massage will be given during this time.It is followed by a Warm Oil Massage or Shea Butter Massage to relax the body and nourish the skin.Mud has been used in healing for centuries.It generally helps to de-tox and relax the body and mind.
